Weekly Task/Menu Overview
If you’re looking for a form that helps you see the big picture for the week, here’s one that will show not only your major projects, but also a general food plan! And it comes in two choices of colors.
In the upper right corner, write down your major top three things to do for the week.
Each block of the day, write in your major appointment or project focus for that block.
In the menu section, one box is for the main meal (breakfast, lunch dinner) and another is for a snack. They say you should eat six meals a day, so there are six boxes. I guess they will have to be pretty itty bitty meals to fit in those boxes. They were designed just to have the big picture idea, like “chili” or “spaghetti” or “cott. cheese, tangerine.”
I was in a summery mood when I created this, and ice cream and sherbet were on my mind. Afterwards, I thought the colors looked a bit girly, so I made a darker version for guys. (Although guys who like bright colors are more than welcome to use the original version!) Download these forms at our document download center.
