I always am looking for easy way to do things. It is always fun when there is a solution to save time and get the job done better! This happened a few days ago.Recently our family had to do a business transaction. I was sent a seven-page document that my mom had signed.

Now there is a new website for people who plan church events: churcheventipedia.com (http://www.churcheventipedia.com).There are two brand new posts on this site:

A look at Bayside's Breakaway (http://www.churcheventipedia.com/churcheventipedia/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=52:arctic-freeze-at-a-summer-day-camp&catid=29:events-outreach&Itemid=54) from last month (lots of pictures)
A short video showing how to make a volunteer sign-up board (http://www.churcheventipedia.com/churcheventipedia/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=54:how-to-make-a-volunteer-sign-up-board&catid=37:volunteers&Itemid=49). It's quite low quality since I've never done this before. Usually I take photos and report, but this time I thought I'd try a video.

Over time I'll add on more posts and resources regarding planning events. I'm excited about this tool to help people save time in planning church events!

A wonderful free tool that I have started using to organize information is called Evernote. (I especially love it because it's free!) Evernote is a great place to store information, web clippings, reference pictures, etc. You can even take a picture with your computer camera and store it!
