NEW! 50 Ways to Promote Your Event

The other day a friend asked me, "Do you know if there are any resources out there to help churches promote their events?"

My sad reply was, "I have looked around for them and haven't found anything dedicated to promoting events at a church. Most of what I know is in my head from experience."

He asked for help, so I went home and wrote up a new resource. To my surprise, there are fifty different ways to promote an event!
(There are actually more ways but I didn't count some that seemed a bit on the impractical side, even though I have known of churches that have done them... like getting a hold of a twelve-foot blimp and flying it above the church.)

They range anywhere from putting pre-promotion efforts in place so that when you launch your promotional efforts, buzz can quickly be created, the personal touch, printed items (and not just on paper), to electronic communication.

Some promotional efforts reflect the up-and-coming technological channels now available (for free!). Others are good, old-fashioned methods that are tried and true.

There are some examples in there from actual events, which I will continue to add as I do more events!
